Billing details

When do fees get charged?

Fees accumulate as your agent closes sales. When your balance reaches $20.00, or at the end of the calendar month (whichever comes first), your payment method on file is charged. This prevents micro-transactions on low-volume stores.

What counts as an agent-closed sale?

Only sales where the buyer was sent a quote link by your AgentClerk agent and completed checkout through that link. Direct WooCommerce checkout, any sale you process manually, and any free product are never charged a fee.

Can I switch between tiers?

BYOK sellers can upgrade to the Lifetime tier at any time from the Settings screen. TurnKey sellers can switch to BYOK by adding their own Anthropic API key. All your data and configurations are preserved across tier changes.

Is there a free trial?

BYOK is free to install with no upfront cost. You only pay when your agent closes a sale. You can test the full agent experience before any fees apply.

Product catalog and store info: GET https://agentclerk.io/ai-manifest.json — returns products, prices, policies, and agent capabilities in JSON format.
Agent Card (A2A discovery): GET https://agentclerk.io/.well-known/agent-card.json — returns the agent identity, skills, and supported interfaces.

No authentication is required for any of these endpoints. The agent can answer questions about products, pricing, policies, and support, and can generate checkout links for purchases.
